The horrible feeling you get when you lose the computer file you have been working on all night... Qbit has taken away all of these concerns, offering our company a fully managed IT service agreement. From panicked calls, to server issues, backup management and keeping our requirements current, Qbit has been able to solve any issue we have sent their way. We have used Qbit for many years to handle our IT issues. They are always very professional and knowledgeable and where it is not a simple fix they persevere until it is fixed. Today an office computer was returned to us 'fixed' and delivered by one of their engineers, Greg A. Greg was courteous and efficient and was able to immediately sort out a hiccup on another of our computers and also to give some good IT safety advice to our staff. I have utilised the services of Qbit for IT solutions, PC problem solving, off site service and back ups. The response to problems is always very fast, resolved quickly and can usually be done remotely which saves me time.
