The horrible feeling you get when you lose the computer file you have been working on all night... Qbit has taken away all of these concerns, offering our company a fully managed IT service agreement. From panicked calls, to server issues, backup management and keeping our requirements current, Qbit has been able to solve any issue we have sent their way. We have used Qbit for many years to handle our IT issues. They are always very professional and knowledgeable and where it is not a simple fix they persevere until it is fixed. Today an office computer was returned to us 'fixed' and delivered by one of their engineers, Greg A. Greg was courteous and efficient and was able to immediately sort out a hiccup on another of our computers and also to give some good IT safety advice to our staff. I have utilised the services of Qbit for IT solutions, PC problem solving, off site service and back ups. The response to problems is always very fast, resolved quickly and can usually be done remotely which saves me time. These guys achieve the right balance of technical expertise with customer service - unusual in the IT industry. They are technically competent, but don't over-complicate the solution (which can have ownership cost implications). They have invested in the right systems and management structure to ensure reliable and consistently good customer performance. I have used Qbit Computers for many years now and can never recommend them enough. It's the service that I like, actually being able to talk to someone or get a call back really quick. When it does not work, I am stressed out and they just fix it. Trust they are going to fix it. You get what you need not a whole lot of other stuff so I don't feel taken advantage of in an area I am not strong in. ~ Brad R

Qbit have provided outstanding service looking after our computers we use to have a lot of issues recurring and getting charged (by the old company) each time to fix the same problem. We don’t have any of those problems anymore since we have changed to Qbit. They found the cause of the problems and fixed them, now we just pay a fixed month price (much easier for budgeting) and everything works. ~ Alan C

Tried to order fish and chips waited 10min for them to tell me they don't do fish and chips, greatest disappointment ever. Would not recommend. Did get my network fixed, Much better at IT then making fish and chips. ~ Corey M
